Common questions

I can't sign in to the app.
Make sure you're using the email/password you registered with on earthecho.co.uk. If you signed up with Apple, tap Sign in with Appleon the login screen. If you've forgotten your password, use the forgot password link and we'll send a reset email.
My Apple Health activities aren't showing up.
Open the iOS Settings app, find Privacy & Security → Health → Earth Echo and make sure read access is enabled for workouts. Then pull-to-refresh the dashboard in the app. We only import walks, runs and cycle workouts as low-carbon transport suggestions — other workout types stay in Apple Health.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your profile picture → SettingsDelete Account in the mobile app, or email us from your registered address. Full details on what gets removed are on the Data Deletion page.
Is EarthEcho free?
Yes. All tracking, badges, leaderboards and the community forum are free forever. There are no ads. If you'd like to support development, we have a Patreon — entirely optional.
I found a bug or want to suggest a feature.
Use the form above — pick the matching category (Bug report or Feature request) and tell us as much as you can: device model, iOS version, what you tapped, what happened, what you expected. Screenshots help if you can attach them in a follow-up email.
How do I change the email on my account?
We don't yet expose an email-change screen in-app. Send us a message from the old email address with the new one and we'll migrate the account manually within a couple of working days.

Account & privacy

For password resets, two-factor recovery, or anything involving your personal data, please use your registered email so we can verify it's you. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

App reviewers & press

If you're reviewing the EarthEcho iOS app or writing about us, please mention that in your message and we'll prioritise the reply. App Store review credentials and contact details are also visible inside App Store Connect.
